2026年8月20日，中国光大控股有限公司（00165.HK）公告称，其于2026年8月18日收到重庆市第五中级人民法院就英利国际置业股份有限公司股权转让纠纷作出的民事判决书。根据判决，公司须在判决生效后15日内向原告支付未结清股权转让对价人民币13.67亿元，并按年利率5%支付违约利息，计息起始日为2019年4月18日，直至全部付清为止。
判决同时驳回了原告针对其他被告的全部诉讼请求。案件受理费941.90万元及保全费0.50万元中，原告承担42.40万元，中国光大控股承担900万元。
公告显示，判决所涉金额合计约18.78亿元，约占公司截至2025年12月31日经审计净资产321.41亿港元的不足10%。目前该判决仍处于上诉期内尚未生效，公司正就上诉理由及基础征询法律意见，具体上诉范围及细节尚待最终确定。
中国光大控股表示，即便判决在上诉后被全数维持，相关支付义务预计不会对集团日常运营或整体偿债能力造成重大不利影响。公司承诺将按照监管要求，适时披露后续进展。
