公告显示，截至2026年10月15日收市后，公司持有已发行股份(不包括库藏股)为209,016,067股，库藏股数量增至270,000股，总计已发行股份为209,286,067股。公司本次回购基于2026年5月28日通过的购回授权，该授权允许公司回购股份的总数为20,928,606股。截至目前，公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购了270,000股，占购回授权获批时公司已发行股份约0.129%。
公司于公告中表示，本次股份购回均遵守了香港联交所上市规则及相关法例的规定。公告由公司秘书鍾展強签署。
