Solargiga Maintains Stable Share Structure in March 2026; Public Float Meets HKEX Requirement

Solargiga Energy Holdings Limited (Solargiga) filed its Monthly Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged throughout the month. The filing was submitted on 1 April 2026.

Solargiga’s authorised share capital stood at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. No increase or reduction was recorded in March.

Issued shares totalled 3.32 billion, identical to the level reported at the end of February 2026. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations or new issuances during the month.

The company confirmed that the public float continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25% of issued shares, ensuring ongoing compliance with HKEX Listing Rule 13.32D(1).

No outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were reported, indicating an absence of potential dilution triggers in the near term.

All statutory confirmations were signed by Company Secretary Yeung Chi Tat, affirming full compliance with listing rules and relevant legal requirements. The update highlights Solargiga’s stable capital structure and regulatory adherence during the reporting period.
