Central China Securities Co., Ltd. released a shareholder circular on 17 April 2026 announcing the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 2.07A, which became effective on 31 December 2023.
Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, directors’ reports, auditors’ reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be published exclusively on the company’s website (www.ccnew.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.
To ensure timely receipt of “Actionable Corporate Communications” (materials requiring shareholder instruction), holders of H shares are requested to register a functional email address. Registration can be completed by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai.
Shareholders who fail to supply an email address will continue to receive actionable documents in hard copy until electronic contact details are provided. Any prior elections regarding communication methods are now void. Investors preferring printed copies may notify the registrar via the reply form or email (ccnew.ecom@computershare.com.hk); such a request will remain effective for one year from receipt.
The company highlighted that the initiative aligns with broader market moves toward a paperless environment and aims to enhance communication efficiency while supporting environmental sustainability. Shareholders with questions can contact the registrar at +852 2862 8688 on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time).
