回购完成后，公司已发行股本由154,847,054股下降至154,630,754股，库存股份增至2,957,700股。回购授权于2025年4月22日获股东大会通过，授权规模为12,806,418股。截至本次回购，公司已合计回购2,957,700股，约占授权总数的2.3095%。
公司确认本次回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由执行董事及联席公司秘书曾民签署。
