小米集团公告，配售事项已于2025年3月27日完成，合共800,000,000股配售股份按每股53.25港元的配售价成功配售予不少于六名独立第三方承配人。由于完成认购事项的所有条件均已达成，公司于2025年3月31日按相同价格向卖方配发及发行800,000,000股认购股份。
认购事项的所得款项净额约为425亿港元，拟用于加速业务扩张、研发投资及一般公司用途。配售事项及认购事项完成后，公司已发行股份总数由25,116,213,416股增加至25,916,213,416股。
