叶氏化工集团于报告期内录得营业额29.9亿港元，较上一年度的31.6亿港元下降5.3%。同期销售量为24万吨，相较上一年度的26.4万吨下跌9.3%。得益于产品组合优化与成本管控，集团整体毛利率由23.5%提升至25.4%，毛利相应由7.44亿港元提升至7.59亿港元。销售成本则由24.19亿港元降至22.34亿港元。
股东应占纯利为1.37亿港元，较上一年度的9,688万港元增长41.8%，每股盈利从17.2港仙上升至24.6港仙。借贷比率由16.7%降至13.4%，财务杠杆进一步降低。集团经营业务所得现金流量约1.06亿港元，相较上一年度的8,654万港元增长22.2%。
分业务来看，漆料销售吨数减少14.7%；油墨板块录得13.2亿港元营业额，按年微降3.3%；润滑油业务收入下滑12.4%。溶剂联营公司在回顾年度贡献溢利7,940万港元，而上一年度贡献9,600万港元。集团全年股息合计16港仙，其中包括每股期末股息12港仙及中期股息4港仙，较上一年度的14港仙上调14.3%。
