中国铁塔(00788)于2026年5月15日召开股东周年大会，审议通过了截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案，宣派末期股息每股人民币0.32539元（折合约0.372219港元，税前）。
本次末期股息的权益登记日为2026年5月28日，适用于当日名列公司股东名册的股东。公司将于2026年5月22日至5月28日暂停办理股份过户登记手续，H股股东如欲获发股息，须于2026年5月21日下午4时30分前交回过户文件。股息预期于2026年6月30日或前后支付。
股息将以人民币计值及宣派。境内内资股股东及通过港股通持有H股的股东将以人民币收取股息；其他H股股东则以港元收取，折算汇率为按股东周年大会宣派股息日前一周中国人民银行公布的人民币兑港元平均中间价（人民币0.874190元兑1.00港元）计算。
在预扣税安排上，对于境外H股非居民企业股东，公司将代扣代缴10%企业所得税。H股个人股东的预扣税率则根据其居民身份及适用的税收协议，按10%或20%等税率执行。通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，公司将按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税；内地企业投资者则不代扣代缴，由其自行申报缴纳。
