On February 6, XUANWU CLOUD (02392) announced the formal completion of a transaction in which its controlling shareholder group sold a 20% equity stake. This development establishes Hantang Mingyuan Investment Limited and its actual controller, Lian Jian, as the single largest shareholder group of the company. According to earlier disclosures, Hantang Mingyuan is a Hong Kong-registered firm primarily engaged in investment activities. Lian Jian, the actual controller, previously served as Chairman of Shenzhen DePutai Optoelectronic Display Technology and held director and vice chairman positions at A-share company Changxin Technology, bringing extensive experience in corporate management and capital operations.
