Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited saw its shares surge 5.72% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, following the release of its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The company reported robust growth, with Q4 net revenue increasing 33.8% year-over-year to RMB 2.79 billion and net income climbing 44.7% to RMB 478 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter rose 60.9% to RMB 712 million. The results were driven by expansion of its manachised hotel network and strong growth in its retail business, which saw full-year revenue jump 67%.
Investor sentiment was further bolstered by the company's outlook, which projects full-year 2026 net revenues to increase by 20% to 24% compared to 2025. The earnings also surpassed analyst expectations for both revenue and earnings per share.
