根据公告，截至2月底，公司注册股本为人民币1,042,253,858元。其中，A股注册股本合计938,028,458股（其中已发行908,195,586股，库藏29,832,872股），H股注册股本合计104,225,400股，均与上月持平。公告同时确认，公司目前符合香港联交所对公众持股量的相关要求。
公告亦披露，公司目前无任何股份期权、可换股票据或其他涉及发行股份的协议安排。截至报告期末，未有购回股份行为，公司股本总数保持不变。
