EB GRAND CHINA (HKEX: 03699) has announced that Mr. Ma Heming has tendered his resignation as an executive director, effective from June 12, 2026.
Following his resignation as an executive director, Mr. Ma's roles as the company's general manager, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the investment committee will also cease from the same date, June 12, 2026.
