北京市春立正达医疗器械股份有限公司（01858）9月11日发布公告称，公司秘书、根据香港联交所《证券上市规则》第3.05条委任的授权代表及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部和上市规则第19A.13(2)条担任法律程序文件代理人的叶沛森先生已于2026年9月10日逝世。
叶沛森先生逝世后，公司目前无公司秘书及法律程序文件代理人，仅余一名授权代表，从而暂时不符合上市规则第3.28、3.05及19A.13(2)条以及香港法例第622章公司条例第474条和第16部的相关规定。
董事会对叶沛森先生十余年来对公司的贡献表示衷心感谢，并向其家属致以深切慰问。公司表示，将在切实可行的情况下尽快物色合适人选填补相关职务空缺，并于适当时候另行公告。
