消息面上，Roblox公布第二季度业绩后股价大幅走低。公司季度每股亏损为0.26美元，较去年同期亏损0.41美元有所收窄，但仍低于市场预期。季度预订额同比增长8%至15.7亿美元，不过低于分析师预期的16亿美元，并处于公司此前指引区间下限。
公司表示，二季度美国和加拿大年轻用户群体的变现趋势走弱，同时平台内容发现算法调整也对用户增长和消费表现造成影响。
Roblox预计第三季度预订额为15.8亿至16.5亿美元，同比可能下降14%至18%，明显低于市场此前约19亿美元的预期；预计季度营收为14.1亿至14.9亿美元，同样低于分析师预期。公司同时未提供全年业绩指引，称长期业务变化使年度指引参考意义有限。
财报公布后，BTIG和Benchmark Equity Research分别下调Roblox评级至“卖出”。市场关注点从用户增长转向平台商业化能力和未来增长空间。
