Ruichang International Maintains Share Capital Structure and Confirms Public Float Compliance in May 2026 Filing

Ruichang International Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 3 June 2026, covering the period ended 31 May 2026. The filing shows no changes to authorised share capital, issued shares or treasury shares during the month.

The authorised share capital remains at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to USD 0.05 million. Issued share capital is unchanged at 500.00 million ordinary shares, and the company continues to hold no treasury shares.

Ruichang International confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent as at 31 May 2026, based on publicly available information.

Under the Post-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 24 June 2024, there were no outstanding options at the beginning or end of the month, no grants or exercises, and no funds raised. The scheme still allows for up to 50.00 million shares to be granted in the future.

The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts or other arrangements to issue shares, and no other share movements.

The return was signed by Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Lu Bo, confirming compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
