心动公司（02400）于2026年5月4日公告，基于购股权计划在当日向合资格参与者发行了1,000股普通股，发行价每股20.29港元，占发行前已发行股本约0.0002%。本次发行后，公司已发行股本由492,433,164股增至492,434,164股，库藏股数目为零。
同日，心动公司在香港联交所场内回购120,000股普通股，每股回购价介乎63港元至64.15港元，总涉资约761.31万港元。此次回购股份将作注销处理，占当日回购前已发行股份总数约0.0244%。截至公告日，公司可根据2025年5月29日通过的购回授权回购49,167,523股，截至目前已累计购回5,659,600股，约相当于授权获通过当日已发行股份总数的1.1511%。
公司确认，上述回购及发行行为均符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。本次公告由执行董事黄一孟签署。
