Elite UK REIT (MENU) added to CPF Investment Scheme

On Jun, 9 2026, Elite UK REIT (MENU) announced that its Singapore dollar-denominated units have been admitted to the Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme – Ordinary Account with immediate effect.

Eligible investors can now deploy their CPF ordinary account savings to purchase the REIT’s units on the Mainboard of Singapore Exchange.

Units bought with CPF funds must be sold through SGX trading, and any sale proceeds will be credited back to the respective CPF ordinary accounts.

The inclusion was disclosed by Elite UK REIT’s manager, Elite UK REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
