DAISHOMICROLINE Reports Stable Share Base and Meets Public Float Requirement in June 2026

Jsmart Technologies Group Limited (trading as DAISHOMICROLINE) released its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 30 June 2026, showing no changes to its share capital structure during the month.

Total authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 1.61 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The issuer confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 30 June 2026.

No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled. Similarly, there were no movements involving treasury shares, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments.

Under the refreshed share option scheme approved on 23 September 2022, up to 161.33 million shares remain available for future option grants; no options were outstanding or exercised in June, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

Director LEE Man Kwong submitted the filing on 2 July 2026, confirming compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
