微创医疗科学有限公司（00853）8月12日公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩预告。根据未经审计的初步评估，公司预计：
本期持续经营业务收入同比增长约12%至14%，其中中国境内研发并在海外销售的相关产品实现约140%的收入增幅。持续经营业务毛利率同比提高约3至4个百分点，得益于精细化运营及费用管控，公司持续经营业务实现经营性净利润不少于24百万美元，而上年同期同口径下为经营性净亏损13百万美元。
受约43百万美元财务成本，以及汇率波动、可转换贷款公允价值重估及部分资产减值等一次性与非现金因素影响，预计持续经营业务期内净亏损不超过50百万美元，上年同期净亏损为49百万美元。公司已就可换股贷款相关协议项下本期适用的财务约束获得豁免，并表示将继续推进“聚焦核心”战略，优化债务结构及经营表现。
公司计划在2026年8月末前发布正式的中期业绩公告，并提醒投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
