South China Holdings Company Limited (00413) released a supplemental announcement dated 14 November 2025, detailing the proposed alterations of the terms of certain bonds (the “Proposed Alterations”). According to the interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2025, SCFH’s net assets amounted to HK$33,392,000. Its market capitalization around the date of the previous announcement (6 November 2025) was approximately HK$87,370,000. The carrying value of the bonds covered in the Proposed Alterations was about HK$87,140,000 as of 30 June 2025.
The company stated that all other details disclosed earlier remain unchanged.
