Cirrus Appoints Chen Zhenjie as Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Cirrus (02507) announced that Ms. Huang Kaiting has resigned from her positions as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents and notifications in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). Her resignation will take effect from February 10, 2026, due to work changes.

Mr. Chen Zhenjie has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and authorized representative for receiving legal documents, effective from February 10, 2026. Mr. Chen is not a direct employee of the company but acts as an external service provider. He will share the responsibilities of company secretary with Mr. Pi Wei, who will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary and act as Mr. Chen's contact person for company secretary matters.
