渝太地产(00075)于2026年5月5日发布的月报表显示，截至2026年4月30日，公司注册股本总数和已发行股份保持不变。公告称，公司注册股本为15亿股普通股，每股面值0.1港元，法定注册股本为1.5亿港元。报告期末，公司实缴已发行股份数为799,557,415股，未持有任何库藏股，与上月底相比无增减变动。
公告指出，报告期内公司无新增股票发行、股份购回、注销或回购持有为库藏股的情况。此外，不存在与股份期权、权证或可换股票据等相关的发行业务变动。
公司表示已持续符合香港联交所公众持股量要求，目前公司股本结构未发生实质性变化。公司同时确认其所有发行、出售或转让的证券事宜均已履行相关法律法规和香港联交所《上市规则》的规定。
