汉港控股集团有限公司（股票代码：01663）8月13日发布自愿性公告称，公司主席、首席执行官兼总经理汪林冰于2026年8月13日在公开市场合计购入公司普通股9,964,000股，每股平均作价约0.051港元，最高作价为0.051港元。
本次增持后，汪林冰的持股比例虽未在公告中披露，但公司指出，其为主要股东陈响玲的配偶，同时也是执行董事汪磊的父亲。管理团队在公告中提醒股东及潜在投资者，于买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
公告列明，汉港控股董事会目前由八名董事组成，包括四名执行董事汪林冰、石峰、汪磊及高岚，一名非执行董事陈健生，以及三名独立非执行董事解刚、贺丁丁及黄炳权。
