EDICO Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 08450) announced that Ms. Ma Chui Ki Venus will transition from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director with effect from 3 August 2026.

Ms. Ma, aged 29, joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 7 April 2025. A solicitor admitted in Hong Kong since December 2023, she currently serves as an assistant solicitor at law firm Lo & Lo, focusing on real-estate advisory. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Law (First Class Honours) and a Master of Arts, both from the University of Cambridge, obtained in July 2022 and July 2024 respectively.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Ma holds several community and governmental roles, among them Honorary Life Chairlady and pro bono legal consultant of the Federation of Hong Kong Yunfu Community Organisations, committee member of the 7th Committee of Yunfu City CPPCC, council member of the sixth term of the Yunfu Overseas Friendship Association Committee, and member of the eighth term Steering Committee of the Environment and Ecology Bureau’s New Energy Transport Fund. These appointments commenced between November 2024 and April 2025.

Under a new letter of appointment, Ms. Ma will serve as Executive Director for an initial three-year term starting 3 August 2026, renewable thereafter subject to one-month written notice by either party. Her remuneration is set at HK$0.02 million per month, to be reviewed annually by the company’s Remuneration Committee.

The company confirmed that Ms. Ma holds no shares in EDICO, has no other directorships in listed companies over the past three years, and maintains no relationships with substantial or controlling shareholders, other directors, or senior management.

The Board expressed its welcome to Ms. Ma in her new capacity. The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 3 August 2026 and will remain accessible on the HKEX and company websites for at least seven days.
