Taung Gold Logs Stable Share Base in June; Confirms Compliance with Public Float Rules

Taung Gold International Limited reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 2 July 2026.

The authorised share capital stood unchanged at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 300.00 million. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 1.82 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Accordingly, total issued share capital remained HKD 181.51 million.

Taung Gold affirmed that its public float exceeds the Main Board’s Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25 percent of issued shares, thereby meeting all listing rule requirements.

No new shares, treasury share movements, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were recorded during the month. The firm’s 28 August 2020 Share Option Scheme maintained 181.51 million outstanding options, with no exercises in June and no proceeds raised.

The filing was authorised by Director Cheung Pak Sum, who confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations and related statutory obligations.
