China Railway Construction Corporation Limited (“the Company”) announced that the board of directors has nominated Mr. PEI Minshan as a candidate for executive director. The appointment is subject to approval at the Company’s general meeting, with the term to coincide with the sixth session of the board.

Mr. PEI graduated from Southeast University with a bachelor’s degree in highway and urban road engineering and later obtained a graduate degree in energy and environment engineering from Tongji University. He is a professorate senior engineer. Upon shareholder approval, he will not receive additional remuneration for acting as an executive director, and his compensation will be determined based on his service and performance review according to relevant policies.
