China Resources Land has released its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.crland.com.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive corporate communications electronically may request a hard copy of the Annual Report at no cost by sending a written request to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via fax, email or post.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is available exclusively in electronic form under the “Social Responsibility” section of the company website and on HKEx news (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who require a printed version can submit a postal request to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

At any time, investors may alter their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—printed or electronic—by completing Part B of the provided Instruction Slip and returning it through fax, email, or post.
