力高集团公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期财报。期内营收13.02亿元，较去年同期的9.88亿元增长约31.7%。经调整后净亏损11.82亿元，而上年同期净亏损为7.10亿元，亏损同比扩大约66.4%。毛利由上年同期的-0.57亿元转为0.25亿元，毛利率从-5.8%上升至1.9%。销售及营销开支为0.41亿元，同比下降26.8%；一般及行政开支减少至1.27亿元，同比下降16.2%。受若干项目进度放缓影响，融资成本同比增长约170.8%，达到8.45亿元。
业务分项
房地产销售实现收入10.70亿元，较上年同期的7.52亿元增长约42%，主要得益于交付面积上升及交付项目结构优化。物业管理及社区增值服务收入1.91亿元，与上年同期基本持平。酒店服务收入为0.36亿元，同比减少约9%。
