Additionally, GCL completed several strategic moves, including a business combination with RFAC Acquisition Corp., leading to its listing on Nasdaq. The company also acquired a 20% stake in NEKCOM Inc. and secured global publishing rights for upcoming games, further strengthening its market position in the gaming industry.
