公司回购授权于2026年4月20日获得通过，授予最高可回购股份数为117,651,880股。截至本次回购完成，公司在香港联交所及其他证券交易所合计已回购11,148,000股，约占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的0.9475%。公司同时表示，上述回购过程已按照香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定进行。
