Man Wah completes 2.00 million-share buyback on 5 June; cumulative repurchases reach 32.13 million shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on 5 June 2026 through on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 3.73 and HKD 3.89 per share. The total consideration for the day amounted to HKD 7.60 million. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation. No new shares were issued during the period, leaving the outstanding share count unchanged at 3.88 billion shares as of 5 June 2026.

Between 18 May and 5 June 2026, Man Wah bought back a total of 32.13 million shares that are pending cancellation. This represents 0.83 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of the buyback mandate granted on 30 June 2025. The mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 387.81 million shares.

Following the latest transaction, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 5 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
