Holly Futures to Put 2025 Financials, Profit Distribution and Remuneration Plans to Vote at 26 June 2026 AGM

Holly Futures has issued a proxy form outlining the agenda for its annual general meeting scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on 26 June 2026 at Conference Room 2105, 21/F, A4 Building, Financial City Phase II, 399 Jiang Dong Zhong Road, Jianye District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, PRC. The meeting is open to holders of the company’s H shares, who may attend in person or vote by proxy.

Key resolutions include: • Approval of the A-share and H-share annual reports and summary results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. • Adoption of the Board of Directors’ report for 2025. • Approval of the 2025 profit-distribution plan. • Authorisation for the Board to set director remuneration for 2025. • Approval of the estimated daily related-party transaction cap for 2026. • Adoption of a Remuneration Management System for directors and senior management. • Approval of the remuneration plan for directors and senior management for 2026.

Shareholders wishing to vote by proxy must lodge completed forms with the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong), no later than 2:00 p.m. on 25 June 2026. Proxy holders are required to attend the meeting in person and present valid identification.
