根据公告，当月普通股已发行数量维持230,322,413股，无新增发行、购回或注销记录，库藏股数量亦为零。在期权及其他股本激励方面，当月未见股份期权授出、行使或失效的变动。
公告同时显示，公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规，本期所有股份事务均获得董事会正式授权并完成必要申报。该月报由公司秘书文润华签署。
