DIRECTEL (Directel Holdings Limited) has warned shareholders and potential investors that it expects to post a loss attributable to equity holders of approximately HK$6.90 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, widening from a HK$4.20 million loss in the same period last year.

Management attributes the HK$2.70 million year-on-year deterioration primarily to: 1. An impairment loss on trade receivables of about HK$1.70 million. 2. A 1.3-times increase in repair and maintenance fees to roughly HK$1.10 million, linked to an IT system reconfiguration.

The figures are based on the Group’s unaudited management accounts and remain subject to review. The Board plans to approve and announce the final interim results on or about 28 August 2026.

The company advises caution when dealing in its shares until the official interim results are released.
