微创心通医疗科技有限公司（下称“微创心通-B”）于2026年6月4日披露截至2026年5月31日的证券变动月报。报告显示，公司本月未有新股发行、回购及注销，也不存在库存股份变动。
根据公告，截至2026年5月末，公司法定/注册股本维持在2,000,000,000股，面值为每股USD 0.000025，对应注册股本总额USD 50,000。已发行股份数为1,273,311,439股，与上月底保持一致。
报告指出，微创心通-B本月在购股权计划下有40,944份期权被注销，期末尚有10,560,450份购股权及4,826,138份股份计划配额处于有效状态。整个报告期内并无因期权行使而新增发行股份或转让库存股份。
公司声明已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关适用法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书李香梅签署，确认所有证券发行、注销或转让行为均经过董事会正式批准并符合监管要求。
截至5月末，公司股本结构和已发行股份总数保持稳定，并继续符合最低公众持股量的相关规定。
