本次临时股东大会的股东资格登记将于2025年11月12日至11月17日暂停办理，凡于2025年11月17日名列股东名册者均有权出席并投票。股东可委派代表，相关授权文件须在会议举行前24小时内提交至公司H股证券登记处或公司注册办事处。此会议将以投票方式表决，议程预计半日。出席者需自理交通和住宿，并携带有效身份证明文件。
