Artini Holdings Limited released its FY2025-26 Annual Report on 31 July 2026. The full English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.artini.com.hk) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may opt to receive future corporate communications by email instead of printed notices. To activate this option, an email address should be provided to Artini via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited. If no valid email is supplied, printed notifications will continue to be mailed to the shareholder’s registered address.
