报告期内，毛利为78.86百万元，同比下滑39.29%，毛利率由上年同期的8.33%降至5.33%。除所得税前亏损25.42百万元；期内亏损及全面亏损总额25.58百万元，而上年同期录得溢利23.85百万元。经调整后净亏损为20.98百万元，上年同期则为净利润42.94百万元。
分业务看，智能化营销解决方案实现收入137.61亿元，占总收入93.0%，较上年同期下降5.85%；电商服务解决方案收入69.23百万元，同比增长66.25%；创新业务收入35.06百万元。
截至2025年6月30日，集团流动资产为235.37亿元，流动负债为157.64亿元；现金及银行余额合计5.03亿元。
公司表示，报告期内总账单金额约424亿元，同比增长15.78%。在全球经济复苏动能不足、广告主投放趋谨慎及流量成本上升背景下，公司持续推进“平台化、 多元化、 国际化”战略，并加大AIGC与AI Agent应用以提升营销效率。
