业务分项
公司主营业务以中国境内的商业地产出租及物业管理为主。2026年上半年，商业物业租金市场依旧承压，但公司通过积极的租赁策略及优质客户获取，实现平均出租率约83%，租赁业务表现相对稳健。
下半年展望
根据公告内容，中国商业地产市场仍处于深度调整阶段，企业办公需求整体谨慎，但伴随宏观政策发力以及科技、专业服务、消费等新兴行业持续发展，核心区位资产品质仍具竞争力。公司将继续坚持稳健经营，着力提高资产运营效率与服务品质，并进一步优化租户结构。
