Deep Source buys back 1.00 million shares for HKD 0.52 each; treasury stock rises to 25.91 million

Deep Source Holdings Limited (Deep Source) disclosed that it repurchased 1.00 million ordinary shares on 29 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 0.52 per share, bringing the total cash outlay to HKD 0.52 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury-share balance increased from 24.91 million to 25.91 million shares. Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell marginally by 1.00 million, or 0.0068%, to 14.78 billion. The overall issued share count, inclusive of treasury shares, remained unchanged at 14.80 billion.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1.48 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 25.91 million shares—equivalent to 0.18% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Deep Source is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 August 2026.
