兴业控股有限公司（股份代号：00132）宣布，全资附属公司广东方向的绿金租赁于2026年2月4日，与独立第三方庆云县康泉污水处理有限公司（作为承租人）签署融资租赁及附带文件，总代价人民币45,000,000元（约合港币50,715,000元），涉及取得污水处理设备和设施的所有权并将其返租给承租人使用，租期为八年。
根据公告，此次融资租赁分为两部分：其中一笔融资金额人民币35,000,000元（约合港币39,445,000元），另一笔融资金额人民币10,000,000元（约合港币11,270,000元），合计租赁付款总额包括租金本金及利息费约人民币49,759,000元以及14,203,000元。承租人同意在租期内分季支付相应本金和利息，并提供若干担保及资产抵押。交易完成后，承租人可在租约到期或提前结清全部未偿款额后，以人民币100元名义金额购回每项相关资产。
公告指出，本次融资租赁及附带文件在上市规则下构成须予披露交易，主要因其中一项适用百分比率超过5%但全部均低于25%。兴业控股表示，此次交易属绿金租赁的一般及正常业务过程，预期将为集团带来稳定收益及现金流量，并认为该协议是在正常商业条款基础上订立，符合公司与股东整体利益。
