Spire公司宣布，已达成协议将其天然气营销业务出售给Boardwalk Pipelines，交易金额为2.15亿美元。此次资产剥离是Spire优化业务组合、聚焦核心业务战略的一部分。

在财务指引方面，Spire公司预计2027财年调整后每股收益将在5.40美元至5.60美元之间，较此前预期的5.65美元至5.85美元有所下调。不过，公司重申了长期调整后每股收益增长5%至7%的目标，并以2027财年预期中点5.75美元作为基准。
此次交易所得资金预计将部分用于资助收购Piedmont Natural Gas田纳西州业务，其余将用于一般公司用途。这一系列动作显示Spire正在重新配置资源，以更好地定位未来增长。
