CLP International Hub Power Company Announces 2026 Recruitment Plan

CLP International Hub Power Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is responsible for the development, construction, and operation of a 2x660MW coal-fired power project in the Hub area of Balochistan, Pakistan. This coal-fired power station is a priority implementation project of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and also represents CLP International's first overseas large-scale greenfield thermal power project developed through controlling investment. The plant site is located in Hub Town, Balochistan, Pakistan, approximately 55 kilometers from Karachi, Pakistan's largest city. Operations, maintenance, and daily upkeep services for the unit equipment are outsourced. Apart from production management staff, other operational and managerial personnel are based in offices in Karachi city. The project held its groundbreaking ceremony in March 2017. The first unit was successfully connected to the grid in December 2018, and both units successfully commenced commercial operation (COD) in August 2019. Due to current operational needs, the Company is now conducting an open recruitment drive. The details are as follows:

I. Recruitment Principles Fairness and impartiality, person-position matching, selective admission based on merit, and mutual selection.

II. Basic Requirements 1. Possess good self-awareness and universal values, able to accept or understand foreign cultures and social religious customs, with good cross-cultural living and working abilities. 2. Good moral character, honesty, credibility, and a strong sense of responsibility. 3. Strong sense of the bigger picture, obedience, and teamwork. 4. Good psychological quality and physical health. 5. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, sufficient to meet job requirements.

III. Compensation and Benefits 1. Compensation is based on market principles using a post-performance salary system, implemented according to the system approved by the Company's Board of Directors. The pre-tax salary ranges are approximately $70,000-$90,000 USD per year for department heads, $65,000-$80,000 USD per year for specialists, and $25,000-$40,000 USD per year for English translators. Subsequent compensation will be based on the actual position following any role changes. 2. Benefit Policies a. The Company provides staff accommodation, commuter shuttle buses, security, and Chinese chefs. b. Annual leave of 22 working days. In the first year, the Company provides one round-trip international flight ticket and reimbursement for domestic round-trip travel expenses. This increases to two round-trips in the second year, and three round-trips annually after three years.

IV. Labor Relations CLP Hub Power Company Limited will sign labor contracts with successful candidates in accordance with Pakistani law, with a minimum term of three years.

V. Recruitment Process The recruitment process includes individual application, resume screening, qualification review, interview, and hiring.
