守益控股（02227）8月17日公告称，公司董事会已排期于2026年8月28日（星期五）召开会议，届时将审议并批准本公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合中期业绩，并考虑宣派中期股息（如有）。
根据公告披露，会议由执行主席兼执行董事郑湧华主持。董事会目前由两名执行董事郑湧华、张瑞清，以及三名独立非执行董事薛淑玲、钟比能、黄仲权组成。
