蓝思科技股份有限公司（06613）10月13日公布，公司作为有限合伙人参与投资的“厦门时代深远创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）”（下称基金）已于2026年10月09日取得中国证券投资基金业协会签发的《私募投资基金备案证明》，备案编码为SGG884。
蓝思科技此前于2026年09月15日与厦门溥泉私募基金管理合伙企业（有限合伙）等签署《厦门时代深远创业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）之合伙协议》，以自有资金认缴出资人民币2亿元，占基金认缴出资总额的4.0816%。基金托管人为中信银行股份有限公司。
公司表示，将按照相关法规要求及时披露基金后续进展，提醒投资者关注投资风险。
