本地富商張國榮旗下 建滔集团 、 建滔积层板 齊公布中期業績，建滔集團上半年營業額按年增6%至216億元，純利急增71%至25.8億元，增派中期息73%至69港仙。
期內，建滔未有錄得債券虧損撥備，而公平值變動得權益工具轉錄逾10.1億元收益。去年建滔曾因向碧桂園借款及持有廣州富力地產債券，入帳約14.2億元信貸虧損撥備。
同系的建滔積層板中期盈利增加28%至9.3億元，中期息增派25%至15仙；收益為95.9億元，增加11%，惟銷售成本急增12.8%至78.25億元，拖累期內毛利僅較去年同期增約3%至17.63億元。
建滔集團績後跌幅擴大至8.53%%，暫報28.10元；建滔積層板最新同樣跌幅擴大，暫跌9%，報11.86元。
