2026年8月4日，环球战略集团有限公司（股票代码：08007）公布2026年7月股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月并未进行新的股份发行或回购活动，股本规模保持不变。
根据公告，截至2026年7月末，公司法定股本维持为800,000,000股，面值每股0.1港元，法定股本总额80,000,000港元。已发行股份（不含库存股）数量为226,317,429股，与上月保持一致；库存股数量为0股；股份总数为226,317,429股。公告指出，公司维持适用的公众持股量要求，为已发行普通股总数（不包括库存股份）的25%。
另外，公司于2020年8月20日及2022年6月16日分别采纳并更新了购买权计划，但本月并无股份期权行使或转让情形，期末潜在可行使股份期权数量为4,558,600股。
公告显示，环球战略集团确认，所有发行或库存股份变动均已获得董事会正式批准，并遵守香港联交所《GEM上市规则》和相关法规的要求。公告由执行董事武春耀签署。
