Oriental Enterprise Holdings (00018) announced that following a special resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting held on January 19, 2026, the Hong Kong Companies Registry has issued a certificate of change of name dated February 12, 2026. The certificate confirms the company’s name has been changed from "Oriental Enterprise Holdings Limited" to "Oriental Media Group Limited." The change became effective on February 12, 2026. Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on March 13, 2026, the company’s English stock short name on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will change from "ORIENTAL E H" to "ORIENTAL M G," while its Chinese short name will change from "东方企控集团" to "东方传媒集团." The company’s stock code "00018" will remain unchanged.
