恒隆地产有限公司(00101,香港联交所主板上市)于最新公告中披露,董事会已获授一般性授权,拟于股东周年大会上寻求股东批准回购公司最多10%的已发行股份。根据公告,截至最后实际可行日期,恒隆地产已发行股本约为50.57亿股,若假设在授权通过之日前无发行或回购变动,最多可购回约5.06亿股。
恒隆地产表示,回购股份所需资金将来自公司可合法动用的流动资金或营运资金,根据香港公司条例及上市规则的相关规定进行。董事会认为,此举有助提升股东回报,并在适当情况下优化资本结构与每股资产值,以更好地维护公司及股东的整体利益。
公告显示,公司过去12个月股价最高曾见每股10.30港元,最低为5.58港元。公司董事会指出,回购计划将在获得股东周年大会批准后方可生效。恒隆地产订于2026年4月30日举行股东周年大会,届时将就回购授权及相关议案进行表决。
