公告显示，公司过去12个月股价最高曾见每股10.30港元，最低为5.58港元。公司董事会指出，回购计划将在获得股东周年大会批准后方可生效。恒隆地产订于2026年4月30日举行股东周年大会，届时将就回购授权及相关议案进行表决。
