网易云音乐股份有限公司（股票代码：09899）2026年7月3日发布的最新月度证券变动报告显示，公司于2026年6月期间对股本结构进行了部分调整。报告期自2026年6月1日至2026年6月30日。
公司注册股本未发生变动，仍维持在总额为1,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.0001美元，注册资本总额为10万美元。报告期内，公司已发行的普通股总数（不包括库存股份）由上月底的210,330,416股增加2,100股，至本月底的210,332,516股。
同时，公司当月回购并注销了此前持有的7,631,350股库存股份，至报告期末不再持有任何库存股份。根据披露，前述库存股份于2026年6月12日完成注销。
在股份期权及激励计划方面，网易云音乐在本月内有2,100份期权获得行使并由此相应发行2,100股新股，募集款项合计180,180港元。本次新增股份来源于2016年通过并不时修订的首次公开发售前股份奖励计划。截至本月底，该计划下仍有592,510份股份期权尚待行使，本公司确认相关期权已获得董事会批准并遵守适用的法规和上市规范。
公司表示，截至2026年6月30日，在满足香港联交所（香港联合交易所有限公司）的相关上市规则及法律法规要求的前提下，上述股份发行与库存股处置已完成，并确认公司公开持股量符合其所适用的最低要求。公告由公司秘书黄慧儿签署。
